NO OVERNIGHT PARKING is allowed, and a corresponding penalty applies. Vehicles parked beyond 9:00 PM can only be claimed the following day. The penalty charge for overnight parking is PHP 300.00 per day, in addition to the regular parking fees.

The city government is not held liable for any loss of articles inside or outside a vehicle, or for damages to the vehicle, regardless of the amount or nature, while the vehicle is parked in the parking area. Motorcycle parking area is only reserved for government employees of Marikina.
